THERE WILL BE NO PAPER ORDER FORMS.
Athlete registration can be completed online a head of picture day, or when you arrive. Please have your cell phone as you will need to fill out the online order form.
Please use the link's above to register your athlete as well as view the packages.
Your athlete MUST be registered with a background chosen by end of day on June 2nd, 2023.
If you wish to purchase your athlete's photos a package must be purchased by end of day June 2nd, 2023.
Payment is due on picture day. Payments accepted will be, debit/credit (online), cash or Venmo. NO CHECKS.
Team photos will be digitally constructed. If you would like your athlete in the team photo, but do not wish to purchase a package please still have your athlete attend so he/she may be in the final team photo.
You will choose your background, choose the pose, and if you'd like your athlete to smile or not. I will then choose the best photo of them. This allows me to stay on time for printing production.

- We will be photographing underneath an EZ up tent near the field.
- Please make sure a parent will be accompanying each athlete to confirm your athletes information.
- If you wish to have your children photographed together please arrive together, and let us know so we can organize your athlete's by their appropriate team.
Retake day June 9th
Retakes will only be available to athlete's that could not make the first day.
If your athlete will not be able to make it on June 2nd,
please shoot me an email to Acesbaseballphotos@gmail.com
Retakes will not be available to athletes for esthetic reasons.
To help with this please make sure your athlete has a haircut, hair brushed, clean face, clean non- wrinkled uniform.Please trust that I will choose the best photo of your athlete, however you must do your part to help.
Additional ordering will remain open for 7 days after picture retake day. However, this will incur a $10 fee.
June 16th all ordering will be closed. There will be no exceptions.
If you would like to avoid the additional fee please make sure your order is placed on your scheduled picture day.
Your athlete's order will be handed into Aces Baseball League to distribute to your teams no later than June 23rd, 2023.

Retake information
Should we require a retake day due to an issue not faulted by the photographer such as not liking certain things but not limited to - your athletes hair, wrinkled or untucked clothing, pose chosen by you, your athlete's smile, change your mind on not having retouching added, etc.
There will be a $20 fee per athlete to retake photos for any reason not caused by the photographer, unless rescheduled for weather.
Please make sure that your athlete arrives ready for photos, hair the way you'd like it, dressed for the game with their helmets.
